- How much does a custom shop cost?
- It depends on the catalogue, the features you need and the integrations. That’s why we start with an analysis, where we study how you sell and give you a fixed quote before any development starts.
- How long does it take?
- It depends on the scope. We work in stages, first the catalogue and checkout, which you can already try, and then the integrations. We agree the timeline during the analysis.
- Why custom rather than Shopify or WooCommerce?
- If your shop fits a standard platform as it is, that can be a good option. But almost every shop has something of its own, such as prices per customer, a connection to the ERP or a different checkout, and that’s where the platform forces you to rely on plugins or change the way you work. A custom shop does exactly what you need.
- I already have a shop on another platform. Can you migrate it?
- Yes. We migrate products, customers and orders, and redirect the old URLs to the new ones so you don’t lose what already works.
- Can we manage products and orders without technical help?
- Yes. The back-office is designed so your team can manage products, prices, stock and orders from a panel, and at launch we train your team to use it.
- Is a custom shop secure?
- Yes. Payments are processed by the payment gateway (Stripe, Redsys…), so card details never pass through the shop. Without third-party plugins there are fewer weak points, and if you take out maintenance, we apply the security updates.
