Analysis and prototype
Before building a project, you need to define what it should do and how it will work. We analyse your idea, pin down the features and prepare a clickable prototype and a fixed quote.
Benefits
Define your project before you build it.
A reliable quote
Based on a defined scope, not on a blind estimate.
Try the idea before building it
Click through the prototype, see how it will work and find out what to change while it’s still easy to do.
Documented and yours
You’ll have the requirements, features and development phases in writing, and they’re useful even if you decide to work with another provider.
What you get
Everything needed to quote the development
- 01
Clickable prototype
The screens, flows and main interactions of the project, to try in the browser. It has no visual design, because its purpose is to confirm what each screen does before building it.
- 02
Functional specification
It sets out the user profiles, features, processes, integrations and the scope of each phase.
- 03
Quote
Broken down by phase, with what each one includes, its cost and its timeline, and the recommended technology.

How it works
From idea to quote in four steps
First meeting
Goals, users and references.
Analysis
Processes, requirements and, if there is one, the current platform.
Prototype
A first clickable version and rounds of review with you.
Delivery
Prototype, functional specification and quote.
Fixed price agreed before we start, based on the scope of the project.
After the analysis
With the analysis done, you decide who builds it
The prototype and the documentation are yours. You can hire us for the development or use them as the starting point with another team.
With us
We build the project from the scope we set together, and the cost of the analysis is deducted from the quote.
With another team
You take the prototype and the functional specification to get quotes from other providers on the same basis.

Answers generated with AI from our own information. To talk about your project, contact us.
- What do I need to have ready to start?
- You don’t need a requirements document or every feature defined. It’s enough to explain what you want to achieve, how you work now and what problems need solving. From there, we help you shape the project.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on the scope of the project. After the first meeting we give you a fixed price, before we start. If we then build the project with you, the cost of the analysis is deducted from the development quote.
- How long does it take?
- It depends on the size of the project and how many rounds of review the prototype needs. We set the timeline together with the price, before we start.
- Does it include visual design?
- No. The prototype defines what each screen does, the navigation and the interactions, without visual design. The interface design is a later phase. We do it ourselves, or start from the one your team or agency provides.
- Can I take the result to another provider?
- Yes. The prototype and the documentation are yours, and any provider can give you a quote based on them.
- I already have a platform and want to rebuild it. How do you approach that?
- We review the current platform as part of the analysis, to see which processes it covers, what data it holds and what isn’t working. The prototype and the quote start from there and, if needed, data migration is included in the scope.
- Can you assess whether AI fits my project?
- Yes. In the analysis we look at which tasks are repeated and whether an AI integration would handle them better. If it fits, we include it in the functional specification and the quote, as one more phase.
